LEAK Sandwich
Two-way speaker created by Harold Leak and Don Barlow in 1961. This speaker was named "Sandwich" because its woofer was made from a thick section of expanded polystyrene put between two outer skins of aluminium. As a result, this method enabled to reduce the vibrations and obtain a better reproduction of the electric signal.
