SERVO SOUND Aperiodic Lenco L75

show_price oui

Turntable with préamplifier
Years 70
t's a Servo-Sound system made in Belgium in the late 60's with a  LENCO L-75 turntable , built-in preamplifier and two active speakers which are indeed the very first MFB (motion feedback) speakers ever made in Europe. All in wonderful wooden housings with real wood veneer and thick aluminium front bezels.

Due to the MFB principle the speakers sound much 'bigger' than they actually are, especially considering that there's only one broadband unit in each speaker. The bass coming from them must be heard to be believed.

The same system was also made with built-in Thorens TD150 and ELAC Miracord 630 turntable, ELAC ST-344 turntables. They also sold the preamp and a matching tuner as separate components sans turntable. Not exactly cheap, though. In its day, the system above sold at well over 2000 deutschmarks. The price of a decent used motorcar.
